400gtagliatelle

300gmixed mushrooms, sliced

2 tbsptruffle oil

½ cupmascarpone

½ cupparmesan, grated

3 clovesgarlic

2 tbspbutter

fresh thyme

pasta wateras needed

extra truffle oilto finish

Instructions

Sauté mushrooms in butter with garlic until golden.

Stir in mascarpone and parmesan; loosen with pasta water.

Toss with cooked tagliatelle.

Finish with truffle oil and thyme.
