24jumbo pasta shells, cooked

filling: 500g ricotta, 2 cups spinach chopped, 1 egg, ½ cup parmesan, nutmeg, salt

3 cupsmarinara sauce

1.5 cupsmozzarella, shredded

fresh basil

Instructions

Combine filling ingredients.

Fill each shell; place in baking dish with marinara underneath and over top.

Scatter mozzarella over.

Cover; bake 180°C for 35 min; uncover last 10 min.
